Summer Rae, Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes were also there to accompany Ariana to compete in a handicap of 6-1 in the final against Nikki Bella. They only arrived to attack Nikki Bella. The Battleground preview was a battle between her and Naomi. Ariana took the win. The result led to their feud. Through the summer, they wrestled in handicapped singles matches and tag teams. Throughout the summer of Ariana fought alongside other wrestlers Alicia Fox Paige Bella Twins and Asuka. After two months of no activity, WWE released Ariana from her contract. Arina was a part of WWE NXT when she resigned from WWE. In just a couple of NXT episodes Arina was in a match with Bayley for the NXT Women's Championship.
